Submit Damage or Warranty Claims

Each cabinet and accessory item is inspected and carefully packaged, before being palletized and shrink wrapped, for shipment to the home or jobsite. In rare cases, orders may arrive at the jobsite with shipping damage or missing items. Should this occur, you should immediately file a shipping damage or shortage claim above. Similarly, if you find any hidden damage or product defects, you should file a damage or warranty claim. Please Note: Shipping Damage and Warranty claims MUST be filed within 24 hours of delivery.
